How does the free period work?
Every new account gets 4 months of full Pro access, free — no credit card required. We'll email you before it ends. After that you can choose Basic or Pro, or stay on Early Career if you're eligible.
What happens if I don't choose a plan?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export all of your CPD records — your audit portfolio is always yours — but you won't be able to add new entries or use the paid features until you subscribe.
Do I get anything for referring colleagues?
Yes. Each colleague who signs up with your referral link adds a free month to your account, up to 12 months in total.
Who qualifies for the Early Career plan?
The Early Career plan is free for any registered health practitioner within their first year post-graduation. Once you pass the 1-year mark you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
